Parts Sales Representative
Ohio’s leader in Commercial Food Equipment Service and Repair is currently seeking a Parts Sales Representative at our Columbus location to drive increased parts sales while providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and excellence.
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service for phone, online, and counter sales
- Accurately identify parts needed by customer
- Inventory control
- Process credit card payments accurately and securely, as required
- Deliver clear and concise communication with the department managers, employees, and customers
- Update and uphold the integrity of company database with current and accurate information
- Assist and back up Shipping/Receiving Department
- Assist and back up Purchasing Department
- Actively search for new sales opportunities to grow existing customer base
- Demonstrate exceptional quality of work and caring attitude towards customers and employees
Required Experience:
- Customer Service Experience, preferably in counter sales, parts sales, or related industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and creative, willing to go the extra mile to ensure positive customer experience
- Exercise good judgement and thoughtfulness when faced with customer issues, do the right thing
- Able to work on a team, while also work independently on side projects with little to no supervision
- Genuine satisfaction derived from helping others
- Intermediate to Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office365 (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams), Order Management Systems, Mobile & Tablet devices
